Vice President (2026 - 2027)
The Vice President will go on to become the President from 2027 to 2029

Corinne La Corte
I am honored to run for Vice President of the Case Management Society of America – Long Island Chapter. Over the past year, I have proudly served as a Board of Director, where I have gained valuable insight into the mission, operations, and collaborative spirit of our chapter.

I bring over 10 years of experience in healthcare, beginning my career as a coordinator for a private medical practice with HealthSure. That early role provided a strong foundation in care coordination, interdisciplinary communication, and patient advocacy. I have also been fortunate to have longstanding mentorship throughout my career. I have known Dr. Brijesh Goyal for over 10 years, and his guidance, support, and leadership within the medical field have played a meaningful role in my professional development. His mentorship has continually inspired me to grow, lead, and expand my impact within healthcare.

From there, I transitioned into the assisted living and senior care field, where I have continued to grow as a leader and advocate for quality, person-centered care. I am currently with Sunrise Senior Living, where I work under the leadership of Senior General Manager Thomas Harty. Under his leadership, I have continued to learn and develop professionally, strengthening my leadership skills, strategic thinking, and operational knowledge.

Serving as Vice President would allow me to further contribute my experience, energy, and dedication to CMSA Long Island. I am committed to supporting our board, engaging our members, fostering professional development, and advancing the mission and values of our organization.

I truly believe my background, mentorship, leadership experience, and passion for case management make me a strong candidate for this role, and I would be honored to serve.
